I did a Relocation for WickedCamper from Amsterdam to London. On Pickup they confirmed me the Return Place which turned out to be wrong. Reaching the so called \24h road assistance\ to find out the actual place for returning thee car was almost impossible. In thee End they made me drive more than an hour to a place super far outside of London and had to get an uber to drive back, as public transport did not at all exist. On the way there I had an accident. They now answered quickly as I was already calling them dozens of times before. But now I am still waiting for information on my bond which is still in their possession. No information after almost 3 months and several tries to contact them. I am wondering how they can keep a 900 Bond for a little damage to the bumper...

Had yet another great trip with one of their vans - pleasure to drive and to sleep in! Really friendly helpful folks at pickup and drop off. Vans are have a nicely thought out little cooking area and have plenty of storage space under the seats/bed. Friends and I have taken their vans several times over recent years and always been happy with the service. Look forward to hiring from them again.
Rent a van, then the battery broke and I bought another. they told me they would pay me back. On March 6, 2020, I returned the truck. I still haven't gotten back either the insurance deposit or the battery money. I send emails and call and nobody answers. somebody could help me? thanks
Double dismal. Avoid! Avoid! We rented a camper from here that had just been “re-fitted”. The guy says “It’s her maiden voyage, she’s brand new, and you are the first to drive her. Enjoy!” We didn’t. Not one bit... They had “forgotten” to put any curtain rails up in the van, and had “forgotten” to include anything we could even use for curtains. So, to save the blushes of our near neighbours when we arrived at our site, we had to borrow some sellotape and use it to plaster the windows with an old newspaper. It would have been like waking up in a squat, had we managed to sleep in it, but since it had only just been “re-fitted” the industrial strength glue they’d used on the inside smelled so awful we developed banging headaches and had to book into a shabby B&B instead. We rented it for four nights, returned it after just one night (having spent ’s on fuel and pre-booked camp site), but we were still REFUSED A REFUND! Absolute rip-off scam artists - ignore their flashy website and book elsewhere
