Polite and professional and not at all pushy. The gents at Wick went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I dealt with Matthew, who was excellent throughout. Informative and very pleasent. They are also doing a fantastic job in light of the current circumstances.

I booked one of the largest vans over the phone, ready for my partner to drive when we moved house on the 9th Jan. We were asked to do the DVLA check there and then to save us time on collection. We booked the vehicle to move house and it was perfect size. In the morning they asked for Proof of residence aswell as his driving licence, fortunately he was able to bring up a bank statement on his phone (However, they did not explain we needed this over the phone, and if he was unable to use my phone he would have wasted a lot of time! So bare this in mind) the excess was 1150 because he was under 25, if you're over 25 it's 750. He returned the van how it was given to him, with a full tank of petrol. The man greeted us in the car park and after a quick inspection we had handed the van back. Really quick, really easy, and 64 to hire the vehicle from 8am to 1pm, great prices! I would recommend to family and friends who needed to hire a van!!

I do not recommend for Equine use. On returning their horse box this morning, no greeting of Good morning from the young man, who has no customer service skills what so ever. I was spoken to as if I was a child, not a customer that had just paid 200 for the hire. In the small print, or even on being shown around the box when I collected it , I was not informed that the inside was to be returned pressure washed. The young man repeated rudely that I had made no effort at all to clean it out, well if I hadn't there would be several piles of droppings! I felt extremely belittled by someone half my age. Other Equine companies request a sweep through on return, which i had done, and part of the service they pressure wash. 50 penailty charged for not pressure washing. When asked if I wanted the charge to come out of my deposit I said yes, to which I was then charged 50, when I questioned my deposit he said it would be credited in 2/3 days!! So not taken out of my deposit as I requested!!! I Will never use this company again, they need to be clear on their terms, put it in print and verbally on collection re pressurewashing, and employ people with people skills.

I feel let down, something NOT RIGHT HERE advertised vehicles with NO image's yet prices and data available are sold before the public can view them!!! Trading standards issue maybe? Definitely a bad practice and hiding something.
