A great company to work for with potential. Although 2020 hasn't been good for many people, and jobs were lost. The events were not in their control. It is just a matter of time and Spirit will be back on top and hiring once again.

I visited this plant as an employee of HP supporting their PLM and CAD systems training. There is a spacious parking after entering the gate so you have to walk a long distance to reach the entrance lobby or the office. There is also a state-of-the art fuselage assembling facility and the product is carried on dedicated railway route to Seattle in Washington State. ️ This place has: YesRamp access. YesA wheelchair-accessible Entrance. YesA wheelchair-accessible Restroom/Toilet. YesA wheelchair-accessible Seating. YesA wheelchair-accessible Parking. YesA wheelchair-accessible Elevator.
This place is confusing for a driver first time delivering. First things first. To find the guard to check in, coming off the highway you'll go through a pay pass point, directly straight from there you cross the railroad tracks and will see a sign for truck inspections to the right. The security is very helpful and will lead you to where you need to go. This place is a little old and tattered but alright.

I was driving 7 hours to get there before 3pm , because my dispatcher told me that they're need this parts ASAP... Had no chance to stop somewhere and buy a food or simply use a restroom... So, in the meantime when I arrived I did ask a reciever guy to use a restroom and he's told me that they don't have it ... !!!! ( huge company ) when I asked him what should I do , he told me I don't care , sit and wait... Unprofessional and disrespectful !!! Spirit... TRUCK DRIVERS are not a numbers !!! They are a human beings !!! They do eat and use a restrooms , like everyone else !!! Even when forklift dude starts unloading, he don't know what he was doing... he called 5 different supervisors and 1 Spirit guy to help him out , to do his job .
