I was a employee here in the Canteen under Angela. Food is cheaper and the popcorn is cheaper. I also had a case where fellow employees inside a car, the driver tried to run me over in the parking lot. I barely got out of the way and yelled really loud. Security did not come over. The car full of FELLOW employees who were getting a ride home from this girl did not speak up in my name. I went inside and filed a complaint and the head manager DID NOT take me seriously and I ended up working with the employee that tried to hit me 2 weeks later. Cop/security saw the car that tried to hit me go \50 mph out of the parking lot.\ They did not address me nor take me seriously. I was picked on to the point where the person thought it was okay to do this. NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR YOUR CHILDREN TO WORK.

Sooooo glad that they opened back up. As I drove in, I noticed the lack of upkeep of the place since the pandemic and got an eerie end of the world vibe. It was a little weird, but I went and saw the New Mutants. Which was a pretty good movie imo. And they went back to Pepsi products!!! Good on them. The photo was taken around 3PM, the place use to be packed at that time. Anyway, glad they are back open again.
Context: I grew up going to this theater as I lived nearby. Since Regal acquired this cinema it has slowed, but continually, degraded in quality. I almost completely stopped going here in favor of the local AMC. Last Friday night, my wife and I decided to give it another chance as we were very excited to see the premier of Tenet in the IMAX. That happened to be the last straw. We spent over 30 on tickets to be greatly disappointed in quality and customer service. We drove 45 minutes across town to attend the IMAX and were immediately not impressed as the place looked apocalyptic with unkept maintenance. The IMAX viewing was worse: red dots across the entire left side of the screen. Anytime a face was on the left they looked like they had worse acne then I did in highschool. It was horribly distracting the entire time. When I reached out to customer service the next day they refused to do anything for me saying I had to leave in the first 20 minutes of the movie to get a refund. I was on a date night with my wife and we drove 45 minutes. I wasn't going to leave... They refuse to stand by the quality of their theaters. When I had a similar experience at AMC they at least gave me credit towards a free movie. Even half credit would have been better than nothing. You shouldn't pay premium prices for a premier movie only for the screen to be discolored with red dots. Save yourself some disappointment and go to a theater that cares about providing a quality viewing experience and not just about making a quick buck.
Always been a great place to watch a movie. It's pretty much the same since Regal bought the Warren, but now you get unlimited refills on popcorn and pop if you buy a large package instead of the old way of just 1 refill. Pretty cool.
Went to see Tenet last night at the IMAX. Got a free small popcorn thanks to my Regal rewards. After a few minutes I noticed that the butter was soaking through the bag. Yuck! OK it was \free\. Then the commercials and previews started and the volume was so loud the speakers were distorting. Then the feature started and I thought surely the volume would be better, but no. Congratulations Regal you have succeeded in running a world class theater in the ground!
