I went in to pick up my CPAP machine on a Saturday morning. The main reason I decided to get the machine was due to my insurance ending in a few months. I found out from rep that it was a rental but he told me not to worry about my insurance running out. Then immediately changed the subject. When I got home I read over the paperwork and found out it was 133 a month for 13 months. I decided to return the machine without using it first thing Monday. I was not going to get stuck paying that each month without insurance for a machine that's 500 online. They refused to refund me the 310 I had to pay upfront. Yes it's my fault for not reading the fine print before I signed but I feel like it's pretty shady to tell someone I didn't need to worry about it when the papers said otherwise. They also need to train their employees to not use the f word multiple times during their presentation. You never know who you might offend.

The like of service, unwilling to provide needed equipment and continuing to charge and collecting rental fees for 5 months after service was stopped.

If you want a place that has several mask options to choose from but they will only fit you for one mask, this is your place. I repeatedly told the guy that I had a harder time breathing with the mask on than off. It closed off my nostrils, I actually couldn’t breathe. He just kept saying that I’ll get used to it. Didn’t try any other mask despite my multiple expressions of discontent. I went there to get fitted for something that would properly work for me. That didn’t happen because the guy would not listen to my repeated expressed concerns.

You always have to check to see they have received your Drs orders. You are told by them when starting care to call them with any and all questions, when you do this they always say well we don't do that here it's not our job or if you have a question about the equipment they have you they tell you to look up the phone number in the manual to your machine or search for it on the internet because they don't know anything about them especially cpaps. How darn lazy and stupid is that goodness it's your job that is what you do.
