Only a 1-star because I couldn't post a review with 0 stars. Stay away from this place like it was the bubonic plague during the medieval days. Speaking of medieval, with all of our technological advancements, this place does not utilize technology and operates as efficient as a hamster on a wheel trying to power a V-8 motor. The 'Harbor Freight' of Aerospace. They'd be more successful in becoming consultants for new businesses by telling them 'What Not To Do'. The definition of Figeac: Do as I say, not as I do.

Absolutely worst 10 months of my life. I went through 5 supervisors in that time they realized how horrible the place was and jumped ship. I have never been apart of a more dysfunctional ass backwards business. I thought working for the French might be nice, boy was I dead wrong. I had no training for quality assurance and was told to perform in an audit when I was given a finding for something I didn't know the Gm (french) made me feel like an idiot for not knowing. I had only been there 3 months. They wouldn't allow water bottles on the floor even though osha allows it. Simply put employs are treated like dirt.

How do you over qualify for a receiving position. You just don't that's just another excuse to bring someone else in to pay less money.

Lots of things getting lost in translation from the main plant in France to the Kansas facility.

Bringing temp workers so the actual employees could sit around on their phones all shift, furthermore ending their contract three days before their hire date.
