We used this towing company twice within a couple weeks. The second they charged us twice the amount as the first time. Once it was brought to the owners attention he reached out to us and explained that it was a driver/dispatch miscommunication. He has since issued us a refund for the overcharge amount! He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He got back with us in a very timely manner.

When my truck was stolen, it was found perfectly drivable, but the wpd wouldn’t let me come get it, it had to be towed. So it ended up at this dump. The employees weren’t helpful at all. I had a proof of insurance, and the receipt for my registration, and two forms of ID. They didn’t care, they had to have the current registration, which I keep in the glovebox of the vehicle that was just stolen. I don’t know if it’s still there, it took them an hour to find it, then they tried to tell me it was expired.
