Do Not Do Not depend on this company if your trying to clean up your credit. I paid off a balance almost 3 weeks before my closing asked this company to send me a letter. They said they faxed a letter never received on 3 different occasions. The. Was told it’s my fault because I changed to a different fax number. This is new technology age what happen to a email. Do not settle with this company if you looking for a quick turn around. They are slow with paperwork now two days before closing same issue. I’m filing a grievance with Better Business and lawsuit.

When calling the system states that they're open from 8am-11pm CST, I've called them at least three times now and its just 8:44pm CST, all for no response. These numbers came up for thenlm, the unsaved # was from their website. This is completely dishonest and such an inconvenience. This needs to be taken care of asap.

I had an acct the was 2 years old. I called and the representative was very nice, ready to help, and reduced the amount I owed. Super happy and pleased. Hopefully in 30 days I'll be even more pleased when it is removed from my credit

I talked to a young lady and she got my collection reduced by 400 and agreed to get it deleted. Was super skeptical because all these bad reviews and that they didn’t send anything in writing saying that it would be deleted. 2.5 weeks later it’s removed from all three credit bureau’s. I didn’t even notice because my score didn’t increase. But it got removed. Thank you
