Poor show, Parker pens on the wrong shelf. Slow service, lady with an attitude mentioning no names. Wilco is the cheapest place for Parker pens 100% a standard Parker pens should no more than 4.99 doesn’t matter about the box it is. Fair enough it’s a little bit more fancy or a fountain pens but the standard biro one should be the price. If you’ve stacked them on the wrong shelf, don’t blame me I’m the customer not your master your problem deal with it.

Not a bad shop, but very under staffed. Had to wait a longtime to be served.
More staff needed! I rang 5 times this morning and no answer, just wanted to check stock of a book which for some unknown reason I couldn't do online. Ended up having to go into store and wait in a queue to ask about stock, young lass wasnt able to check and asked me to find the manager, who was serving at the back of the store, he searched and told me they had no stock, fair enough. I explained to the manager that I tried ringing and he said it was because they papers were late and everyone was busy sorting them out! Shop is way too busy for the small amount of staff they have.
Visited today, has everything stationary you need. This has also a large post office inside too. Staff very helpful and if there's a queue they come out and ask you what you need to help speed things up. Not seen that before in a shop. Located in the same shopping area is many shops under cover. Very wheelchair friendly as pretty spacious leading outside to tge market and an escalator down to the main bustation and stops. Recommended to all.
Wanted to use post office but long queue. Had a look at magazines whilst there. Good stock of everything kept, friendly staff.
