I have visited WHSmith in Mumbles on many occasions and I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They cannot do enough for you and they are always extremely polite, even though they are often so very busy. Lovely shop!

Good variety of publications to satisfy everyone's taste, wide range of stationary, nice layout inside, and staff knowledgeable, also a large post office upstairs, be aware post office can be busy on Wednesday's.
One male staff member front desk so rude to me and one post office end extremely officious wen I dared ask for a smigine of tape cos the postage bag I had just paid 2.49 for wasn't as sticky as should be! We sell sellotaoe she pronounced! There are a few females there who give customer service as it should be
Use the post office at the back of the store often. The staff are always helpful and friendly..
