Overall positive experience! This was my first time going! The nurses were super polite and welcoming. They were very clear about letting me know what was going on. My only complaint was the wait time. I had an appointment but I didn't get assisted until almost an hour later.

Even though I had a appointment; I was not seen on time. Literally an hour after my appointed time. Made me late to work. That’s why I made an appointment for a reason. Not to be treated like a walk-in patient. Y’all employees need todo better. Appointed customers have the priority!!!

Honestly don't know how these people got their doctorates or even passed college. Doctors have resources readily available to them so they know what to do in a time if they are unsure. Instead of these people actually caring and doing a little research like every other health care provider does , they brushed me off and refused me service. Putting my health in jeopardy. Now I know why I never came here. And that's not all they did but I don't have all day to tell you how ill educated these people are in their field.
