I would absolutely recommend Whittaker and Biggs 100%. The Macclesfield team were all excellent and I cannot fault them. They offered a really good service. After agreeing the sales brochure text etc with Nick, the house sold within a few days of being put on the market, with offers being made above the asking price. What a great start! And throughout the process they were responsive, helpful and totally professional. If only the Solicitors we had engaged could have been even half as competent and professional as W and B!
