Truly exceptional service. Staff vary friendly and caring. I had a fractured ankle and it was examined, x-rayed and treated in under an hour. Waiting area was clean and comfortable, with chilled water freely provided and tea and coffee machines available. I couldn't have been treated better.
Okay sized unit for a minors in the area. Attached to a GP practice, Pharmacy and a cafe type shop (small cakes, hot drinks ect). Some childrens toys in the waiting area. Very nice staff and normally very clean. Not to long of a wait normally but obviously it can get busy. Beats sitting in a hospitals a&e for minor things for sure!
