Arrived at midnight for 6am delivery. Parked out of the way. 6am shipper/reciever office open. Got dock door number 5. Plenty of space to dock. 7am they started unloading me. Was unloaded and handed paper work at 7:45am. So less than 2 hours in dock. Office was friendly. Wish more places ran like this.
I got unloaded here super fast and earlier than my spot time because another driver missed their appt. Nice and friendly staff.
I wish there was an option to put less than one star. TRUCKING COMPANIES BEWARE! If you arrive even minutes after your appointment due to delays in traffic/weather/etc.. you are charged a 250 late fee in addition to an 80 lumper fee when it is their own employees unloading the trucks. Talk about HIGHWAY ROBBERY - this company has no morals. IMPERIAL DADE CARES NOTHING ABOUT TRUCKING COMPANIES AND ARE GREEDY THIEVES.
They have the rudest nastiest delivery drivers. No customer service whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else!
