Some great bargains and some great items, but I’ve been to this shop too many times and given the staff too many chances. They’re obviously hard working, but having worked in the trade before, retail certainly isn’t for them. The most unhelpful and uninterested, what I can only presume to be the owner, and the staff stare at you like you’re going to run out with the till. I’ve been reluctant to spend money their as the customer care is soooooo poor! But, if you like to walk round a shop with absolutely zero help from the staff, looked down on by the owner and have to google how much things are in there, then definitely the place for you. Shame really, I only live down the road

The blonde girl there tried her hardest to make me feel as unwelcome as possible. I get it, it's a high end shop and i wasn't wearing a Dior suit while shopping there but that was quite a shocking experience. Nice gear though and now have 4 stamps on my loyalty card.

I have purchased clothes from this store twice, and each experience was top notch. My USA order was received in 4 days after purchase using DHS with tracking. Crazy. The owner sent a handwritten note each time. It is absurd to give this store anything short of a 5 stars. The price is spot on for designer clothes. It is cheaper for me to buy Ted Baker clothes from this shop, then it is to buy it in the USA. I will buy again and again.
