We had a good experience until the end. Covid-19 caused maintenance to become back logged and we turned our head for some orders that we out in multiple times over the course of 7 months. We liked our house, neighborhood, community amenities, and proximity to base. We became disappointed upon move out due to some surprise fees and costs that bit us in the butt.

I've been very impressed with the staff here. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my family into a home. Out of all my military moves this office is the highest rated yet and the homes are better than most that I have been to. Great job and keep up the great work!

This place acts like they are here for military but they are all about image. They have an idea of perfect and expect you to reflect it by keeping your yard clean and green and your animals tamed according to their specifications. They also turn the other cheek to animal cruelty. They never answer the phone. So plan to make a trip to the office if you have a problem. They pick and choose who to harass. So if you are not perfect you better pretend to be. At least according to your front yard. I would never recommend staying here. And the bugs are bad. You may as well stay in an HOA.
