Small shop hidden in the Essex countryside. Good selection and range of baby products considering the size. Worth a visit. Good advice and helpful with pram questions, negative is staff sat on phone a lot and could of done better with customer service.

Highly recommend this small family run business! We visited after the first lockdown was lifted via appointment. We were given the freedom and time to walk around and look at the different pram and travel systems that they had in stock! We were then given a comprehensive run down and comparison between two models. We had plans to visit again when a new range of pram arrived but unfortunately lockdown 2 happened. Despite the current rules meaning they cannot open to customers they’ve been so helpful and friendly throughout any questions we had, and were able to answer specifics arounds models and options available. Today we finally ordered our Travel System and it couldn’t have been easier! For a first time mum, pregnant in a pandemic, this is the reassuring customer service I needed! Couldn’t have been happier to buy from a small business in these trying times!

Caring, friendly and helpful people. We are first time parents and had no clue where to start. We went to Mothercare and had asked for help there but still felt lost. We stumbled across this place on the internet and thought it was worth a shot. They were so helpful and went through everything in detail, even dismantling prams and taking the time to explain everything in detail. They put together a pack of leaflets for us with notes on pages to help us further and even gave us a checklist of what to start looking for. We left feeling so much calmer and in the clear of what we were looking to do. We will be back again as soon as we are ready to buy. Thank you for all the help!

This a great place to get all you need for your baby. The staff are nice and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and have some great products that you won't see at most places. Defiantly worth a visit
