Absolute worst place I have ever lived. They treat you awful and Balfour does not take care of things in a timely manor. Very rude and does not try to work with you on getting things done for your house. Consistently complains about certain things when other houses are far worse. It may be more expensive to live off base but it will save a tremendous headache. Also the houses have mold in most of them.
We loved our time with Whiteman Family Homes. Thank you for taking care of us and our home. Great staff and great customer service!

Worst place I've ever lived and I've lived out of my car before. They will charge you fee after fee after fee to move out that you had no idea was a thing until its at their convenience to tell you. Probably the reason there are so many broke homeless vets because they take all your money before you leave. All jokes aside, terrible company with terrible motives that don't care for their homes or the families that live in them.
