SIMPLY THE VERY VERY BEST Whiteknights are by far the best estate agent, they are friendly, courteous, practical, efficient, truthful and extremely reliable, every aspect of working with whiteknights is truly the best experience, all their teams are simply brilliant, sales/purchase, mortgage advise, sales progression, everything is absolutely perfectly organised. Highly unprofessional. Had bad experience twice, once in 2015 & again now in 2019. We made an offer for a property we saw via Whiteknights Earley in August 2015. After the offer was made and accepted we stopped getting any updates at all. Phone calls and emails not responded to. Finally after more than a month, I sent them an email on 25th August 2015 saying we would like to withdraw our offer and complaining about our experience. No response to that email. After a couple of months I get a call from the branch pretending nothing had happened asking for us to proceed with the offer. We did not go ahead as we made an offer on another property. Back in market again in 2019, I saw property which I requested a viewing for on Whiteknights website. I got a call saying the Buyer was not available on the date I requested which was obviously OK. The person started cross selling other services, Mortgage to which I said no, they offered there selling services for selling out existing property to which I said no, they offered there services to let our existing property to which I said no, they were pushy. I was then told that the property that we had requested for had been underpinned so I requested for more details, but they were not interested in giving any information at all but rather only push their other services.. I was told that I will be called to confirm other time. A week later I get a call and a voice message saying you have an appointment now and I am waiting at the property so wanted to check where you are..... Next day I get a call from someone else who asks how was the property.... I said I never got an appointment confirmation in the first place, so the person very rudely says, you need to check your spam, it is not our fault... Since then I have checked, I have not received an email in inbox or spam.... Highly unprofessional and rude, I wont be dealing with them, even if I liked a property they have listed, I wont get in touch as the team is unprofessional.
We experienced excellent service from Whiteknights at the beginning of our sale with lots of correspondence via email keeping us updated. All viewings were confirmed by email and conducted by the agent. At first our sale seemed quite straight forward but, unfortunately, due to complications on the buyer's side we were in the middle of a very difficult situation. It felt like everything was out of our control. However, the involvement of Tom Fisher - Head of Sales Progression - meant that we were finally able to exchange on our sale which nearly fell through. The service that Tom provided went above and beyond that of any estate agent we have encountered in the past. He made sure that we remained calm and spent a lot of his time liaising between us, our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor. He spent many hours obtaining lots of additional information in order to support our sale. He was always readily available by phone and/or email. We truly believe that the sale of our property would not have happened without him. We are so grateful to him as we are moving to a different part of the country and he's made sure it was as easy as it could be in such a difficult situation. I would highly recommend Whiteknights, especially with the guarantee of Tom Fisher being involved in your sale!
Terrible. Far more interested in sending me properties they're struggling to sell than the one I actually requested. I tried to arrange a viewing for a property and heard nothing back for days. They signed me up to their mailing list without my permission and spammed me with inappropriate properties that didn't what I was looking for. Tried to unsubscribe multiple times but I'm still getting spammed by them
