Such a lovely visit today to see santa and his elves plus the reindeer. The staff have made it a lovely experience during these uncertain times. Very welcoming and a lovely day out!

When the North East cane out of the second lockdown into Tier 3 we were really worried that the only Christmas experience that we'd managed to book for the children would be cancelled. The Whitehouse Farm team very quickly changed their Santa's Enchanted Journey to be outdoors and fit in with the rules. We went the previous year and really loved it, and this year if anything was better. The journey into the forest to see Santa was very special. The staff at Whitehouse Farm are all amazing. They're so friendly with the little ones, and they always make a fuss of our son Samuel who has additional needs, they make it a very special place. You can tell that they really care about the animals. They've done a brilliant job to make it feel as normal as possible but still with social distancing in places and hand washing and sanitisers all over the site. We've been here 4 times now including for our daughter's 3rd birthday which was brilliant. The parks have really good quality play equipment and lots of things you don't get in most places like bouncing pillows and brilliant twister slides. You can spend all day here easily with so many animals to see and things to do. We were so happy to come back and will definitely visit again. Well done White House Farm, you've saved our Christmas!
Booked for our sons birthday. Brilliant day despite the weather. Social distancing handled very well and plenty hand washing stations. The lady serving in the cafe was great, very friendly and helpful as was Liam the guy on the birds of prey. Brilliant knowledge of the birds. We really enjoyed our day.
A great first visit to the farm. Lots of activities on offer and great animals to visit and feed. Café is spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Absolutely loved it! So much to do and just perfect for my 2 little ones. We spent the entire day there and felt we could have stayed longer! The staff were incredibly friendly and inclusive, the play areas were numerous, varied and most of all really fun! The many animals looked to be well cared for and happy. The food wasn't brilliant but it really didn't matter! Will definitely be returning
