After having my eye test I was asked to look at glasses they gave me a basket to put the ones in I touched & the ones I liked so they can clean them which qas good practice. But it was too crowded to have a proper look at the glasses.needed less people looking at glasses. Before eye test there was social distancing between staff & customers even a bell to warn staff about people coming up & down stairs so they can social distance

Took my daughter for an eye test and new glasses, staff very helpful in making sure she got the colour of frame that she wanted
Staff are always helpful & friendly
Very poor customer service, I have called them 3 times to see if my glasses are ready promising to call me back they never do, also they don't give you your prescription. Even though you pay for it. I'm still waiting for basic reading been months to sort my glasses out, never again
