Love a walk around the harbour, certainly cleard your head on a windy day. The only problem is dog owners who do not pick up after their dogs, yesterday was particularly bad. Walk round a few times a wk.

Great place to walk and social distance. Lovely scenic Harbour and sorroundings! Friendly people. Takeaways open, nice food available!
Nice port area with some interesting statues and buildings. The lighthouse looks a bit sorry for itself and could do with a good freshen up clean and paint. Nice walk up to the old pit chimney with the rememberance mural and plaques for those who perished in the mines.
Came here late afternoon. Had to take a shot of the sunset just breathtaking. Great place to walk around.
The harbour is a lovely place to go and the walk around is very pleasant, however the harbour authority have a lot to do to tidy up the place, for example empty the bins, give the lighthouses a good paint and fix the lights that have broken, basically the harbour authority needs to pull their socks up before the spring and summer when hopefully we will get vacationers, but the views around Whitehaven are beautiful
