Couldn't fault them at the Bicester branch even though I had to change things a few times the service was impeccable, we managed to hire a van here and drop it off in Cumbria, perfect for my move. The person dealing with it was so helpful and arranged and changed everything. I'd recommend them anytime.

Excellent service here. Picked up a van and drove off, then discovered it needed some AdBlue. Turned around and went back, explained my problem and the young lady just took hold of a drum of AdBlue and began to sort out my issue. This was all despite me offering to carry and fill it up myself, she wouldn't let me do it, it was so difficult to insist I do it as she was so insistent. Anyway it was sorted in no time and i was then on my way. Van was very tidy and exceptionally clean, everything was explained clearly to me, the damage on the van before I took it, the wear and tear policy and the expected fuel to be left in the tank upon return. When I returned the van it was such an easy thing to do and simple explanation of when to expect my deposit back. All in all a great experience and cannot praise the staff enough here. If I need a rental vehicle again I will come back to Enterprise.
