Beautiful gardens by the river in London. Very well kept. Plenty of benches to stop for a while. Often very quiet so you can find a bit of peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Well worth including on a walk around London.

Some important national monuments and good views of the South Bank.
A small beautiful and lush rectangular park with abundant benches. It prominently features statues of historic British figures. The park is set in front of impressive historic building and lines the embankment. Beautiful as the park is there is endlessly loud road traffic noise from the busy Embankment roadway that flanks it.
Well worth a walk in these times. Good views and like the river
Peaceful place. Perfect to chill out on the bench with a book or chat with a friend. :)
