My dad has just got back from having an eye test and he suffers with social anxiety that is heightened by the current situation. The level of service he received today was -10 due to the unprofessional approach of the optician who was short and abrupt when my dad could not keep his face still, he is 72 years old. Needless to say, I am very annoyed about this and how my dad was made to feel like a misbehaving little boy. A word of advice, the current situation effects people in many different ways so please be patient and mindful because you never know what other people are going through. #bekind

Diagnosis is the key point which is very well maintained with special skilled staff, I was really impressed by the Optician who helped me to understand my eye condition and what are things I can do to make it better.
