We had the pleasure of staying here in a campervan, a couple of weeks ago. We had a drink in the beer garden, followed by a lovely walk around the lake with our dog. We then arrived back at the pub for one of the best home cooked pub meals I have ever had! the staff were all super and I look forward to coming back. Highly recommended, especially for a little overnight stay in the camping field at the back of the Pub

Lovely country pub and tea room. Stopped for a Sunday roast and a pint during our walk round Alton Water. The roast was possibly one of the best I've had in a pub thus far, and beer was in perfect condition. Will definitely be coming back.
Lovely food with amazing service, plus a small play area for the kiddies to let some steam off in! A great find whilst on holiday x
