This place is such a ripe off. They charge atleast a whole dollar a more per gallon then everyone else does which adds up really quick. They are constantly messing our bill up saying we owe when we dont. We told them multiple times to be on will call so we can get out of there delivers to go with a much cheaper family owned company and they still delivered to us anyways. This is the last straw. Closing account out and will never ever use them or recommend them to anyone else because of their bad service and always trying to sneak fees and bills in to keep you on the hook so it makes it hard to leave. Horrible horrible business.

If you are of low income elderly or disabled don't!!! use this company!!!! They price goudge you and I have the paperwork to prove it. Go to a FAMILY owned company. They are 2x cheaper.

Kevin did a wonderful job setting up our propane service, showed me everything I needed to know regarding my gas fireplace and the propane tank itself. He took safety very seriously and explained hidden dangers in our fireplace and how to troubleshoot problems with the pilot light. All in all a great experience and I am happy we trusted them with our propane service.

My wife is the general manager of a resort in the Pocono''s. Looking to save the owners money she shopped around the propane contract. Upon contacting Superior Propane the property was able to save nearly 2000 annually on costs. We live across the street, so we are customers also. They are very responsive and use satellite monitors on commercial accounts to make sure their customers are never worried about running out at in-opportune time. Most impressively the sales manager sent my wife a link to check wholesale propane prices for herself to be sure the property continues to get the best prices in a fluctuating market. This is a great help in dealing with the many solicitations from other companies, in an industry where they tend to give you a great introductory rate and then make up for it in the next contract period.
