Came to the pub today soon as I entered I was greeted by staff updating me on everything in the pub ensuring My stay was safe and covid secure. The food was absolutely amazing a lot of gratitude to the chefs! The team was so welcoming and even managed to have a chat with the Landlord who was brilliant made me feel so comfortable defiantly will be returning. Also want to mention the cleanliness all the staff was so on top of it ensuring everything was sanitised. Definitely would recommend this pub to anyone local and just visiting.

Very good - very good food- have very long Manu just to keep everyone happy. Understand allergy very well. Place for everyone in the community. Special needs go their every Friday (get together) with there support have a meal and lovely time
Great for family dinners. Roast turkey with free extra roast potatoes and gravy. Wasn't very busy early Sunday lunchtime and the food arrived in double quick time. We had chocolate fudge cake for pudding - very large portion
Been 2-3 times since they reopened and have to say I am always impressed. Robin and his team are very Covid aware with clear one way system in and out of pub. They also have an app as well to order food and drink so never have to queue at the bar. Recommended booking a table the day before as it can hit capacity quite quickly. Will definitely return
Food and service very good and all the safety measures in place. Three course meal with soft drinks for 11.50. Great evening
