When I 1st started working for ADC I believed this could be a job I could retire from because it’s not really that bad. I have been sick for 3 weeks during this COVID-19 and still coming to work everyday. The day I finally go to the doctor to find out what’s wrong with me, no care no concern nothing. They have their picks and chooses but this is not a place where they actually care about their employees. The lieutenants are the worst no compassion no care nothing. But if I’m dead I still won’t make it to work and they still probably wouldn’t care. Not a good place of employment for long term. Now I see why their turn over rate is extremely high.
