I came in to have some A3 images mounted onto hardboard, and the work was done very well. Lovely lady at the front desk, but the guy who did the work was a bit condescending when he mentioned multiple times how the image would 'deteriorate' with the aim of obviously getting me to buy frames which I did not want. I explained that I do not have 200 pounds to make a custom frame and after that he didn't even bother saying thanks and goodbye once the job was done. Perhaps just a bad day. The work was done well though, and the pictures look great on my wall. Just have to worry about them deteriorating in 100 years.

Nice gallery, nice staff. Just some advice to the staff, please only help if someone asks for it. Or if they say no, they’re just looking please leave them to it. I felt incredibly rushed and wasn’t able to think because my thoughts were being interrupted by questions. I know what I need when I see it, i wasn’t making something conventional so my time was wasted answering questions when all I wanted to do was look. I only had 10 minutes of my lunch break and because I had to leave you did loose out on sales. Still giving 5 stars because I understand you were trying to give good customer service and help me.
