Very bad experience of creased carpet being laid badly and after many requests since July 2019 for this to be fixed/replaced this has not happened. We are now being ignored. I would not recommend this company even though they appear on Ulster Carpets recommended list at the date of this post. A spokeswoman for this company informed me they are not a member of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Save yourself some grief.
