Painting of walls and ceiling, and carpet cleaning satisfactory. However, cleaning of kitchen fell short of our exacting standards. Tried dialogue but there was seemingly no room for negotiation. We were threatened if we did not pay small outstanding balance \legal proceedings would be taken\ against us. Sorry, would not recommend.
