My partner bought be a couple of items for my birthday that unfortunately were not my taste. We contacted the shop & Vicky could not have been more helpful. Communication via email was very quick, I was able to return the unwanted items in exchange for other items that I just love, all within a week. Very happy with the whole process & the jewellery (earrings & necklace) are perfect quality. Would definitely recommend buying online from this shop.
