Really good fun keeps the teens occupied in the kayaks and rowing boat option too. Reasonable priced and well organised. Recommend strolling down to the Bridge Inn Pub too

12 for two to go rowing for an hour on the peaceful Ruswarp water is a bargain. Lots to see and nothing to hear. Great stuff.
Fantastic way to spend an hour on a Sunday afternoon. It's free to bring your dog along provided that they stay in the boat. Very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful.
A beautiful lower stretch of the river Esk around a mile upstream from Whitby where you can take a relaxing boat trip along the river or have a peaceful days fishing. Day tickets are available from the boathouse and the fishing is mainly for brown trout and eels using worm but if your lucky enough you might just hook a passing sea trout or salmon.
