Very, very excellent, Whiston Hospital, from emergency to analyzes, nursing, doctors, hygiene, respect, and health care. Although we are in a situation of Covid 19 and pressure on the medical and assisting medical staff and employees, this hospital is very sophisticated and 5-star care is better than clinics I wish you more progress indeed. You are a role model for all health workers in the United Kingdom. You have my full respect and appreciation.

Was in Whiston A&E early this week after being sent there by NHS 111. Admittedly, it was 9.30am but was seen within 20 mins by Triage and was then taken to room for 'bloods' to be taken. Was called in to see Doctor approx 11.30am and out of the Hospital by lunchtime. Good service, but can appreciate how quickly A&E can get busy as when I came out A&E was full.

I realise that in these strange times waiting times are longer my daughter rang 111 and they booked her in at whiston a and e at 8.30 pm about a persistent cough she had to going in alone so I had to sit in the car it is now twenty five to 3 in the morning believe me being sat in a cold car for 6 hours is no joke and when you look into the reception there are 3 people waiting from other posts it seems a common occurrence

Came into A & E on Saturday with severe pain from back injury from ambulance, couldn't walk, I was left in a room for 4 hours, not once I was asked if I was OK, just left in pain. I hope to God that I'm never sent to this hospital again.

Triage lady was lovely in children's a and e but the staff there are apauling they obviously do not have any children themselves or wouldn't speak to there \customers\ like s*it. As that's all we are is people going in with sick children which means they get paid. Have some respect.
