We have been using this company since 2016 and since then have never had any regrets. Rubbish bin cleaned and liner put in after every collection means that even during the hottest weather there is never any smell or worse from it. Paying always by Direct Debit has meant once I set it up back then that apart from checking no snafu by bank and payment has gone I don't have to worry about cash to pay on the day, although until this year we always had some around but nowadays only when we have to pay someone with it - like our window cleaner. Contact from company to update about anything is always timely and if you have to contact them a reply is always received within a day ( usually much more quickly) - so great Customer Service.. There is no downside to using this company and service as cost for most is minimal and no having to clean bin every fortnight yourself and source proper bin size liners.
I hate having dirty bins next to the house, and it’s a reassurance that after each collection my bin is cleaned, disinfected and lined with a large liner to put my own bags into. Mark company does a great job, and is fantastic value for a great service. He’s really responsive if you need to contact him and also if he needs to inform you of anything, which has been great through lockdown. Definitely recommended!
Bin is always spotless after every clean and Mark communicates great via email if ever necessary, keeping us informed and in the loop. Great value for money and saves me a job. Thanks to Mark and the team.
