This place is terrible. Don’t make the mistake of living under someone that STOMPS ALL DAY/NIGHT. I’ve made noise complaints about the people living upstairs and nothing has been done. The stomping is so terrible our ceiling is starting to look bad on top of the pest problem that looks like will never be fixed. Save your money and don’t move here it’s not even worth the amount it is.

I have been in so many apartments, and this is the worst apartment I Have ever lived. The management and the staff has so many problems. the first problem is they never communicate. They sometimes will send you the bill which is not yours. I moved out from this apartment 4 month ago, and during that time I payed everything. However, after 4 month they send a report to credit collector company with out sending any letter or bill for. I tried to talk to the manager several time, but every time i called the manager is not in the office, and i left my phone number every time i called but he never called me back. Because of there mistake now i have to pay the money i do not own them. they are the worst and i will never recommend for anyone.
This is the most recent review of this place. There was a change in leadership and when I first started out trying to live here customer service and trying to get info was very bad. But Chris the new manager here is AMAZING and moved us into 2909 himself when we were driving all the way from NC and getting there right at closing time. He stayed late just to make sure my wife and I got our home. He also made sure all of our work orders were processed and done correctly. The maintenance team is also on point!!! They not only got everything done extremely quick, they did it right and the man in charge of the contractors even came by to make sure it was done right. This company has definitely came a long way in a couple months so please take reviews prior to mine with a grain of salt because they are doing everything right. From something as small as a light bulb change got fixed in a matter of hours. The only improve I can think of is their 24/7 gym could use some better equipment so you can get an all around good workout and not just cardio. Other than that this place is great and I’m happy to start living here!
