It's a strange time to buy a car especially during a pandemic - for both parties not being able to physically see it or test drive makes it all the more harder in making a decision...luckily enough I had James at Wheatley Car Centre to help me - even though I had done my research on the car I wanted and had pretty much driven the car in my head - James was still able to assist me on the questions that I had. He was very honest and his comments and opinions were very welcoming in deed. The overall process from looking to me buying my new car was incredibly smooth with no \sales\ pressure applied from him. Hopefully I wont need a new car for sometime - but if I do I will certainly return back to Wheatley Car Centre. Cheers Guys!

Just purchased a car from Wheatley car centre, with the help and support of James! He was fantastic throughout the whole process and explained every step really well. The car is amazing and has everything I wanted and more. Even though it wasn't a traditional sale, due to Covid and social distancing, I was very impressed with the level of service James provided and how the sale was handled. I highly recommend Wheatley car centre for their excellent range of cars, experienced and knowledgeable sales people, and fantastic customer service.

We found a lovely car advertised on Auto Trader at Wheatley Car Centre, made an enquiry via email, receiving a prompt response from Chris. The car was being prepared for sale so only limited pictures were available but on request, Chris happily provided us with more photographs. As with most cars nowadays, the service history is online with the main dealer and unavailable unless you own the car , I queried this with Chris, again he emailed the dealer service paperwork to prove the service history. We were offered a competitive trade in against our car (without it being seen due to the Covid distance selling regulations) there wasn’t any haggling on its condition when we arrived. When we collected our new car, it had been fully valeted, serviced and MOT’d with a receipt for over 600 of work undertaken in line with the manufacturers recommendations. We felt that Wheatley Car Centre have gone the extra mile and didn’t cut any corners. When we collected our car we felt all Covid regulations were fully observed, our car had been fully sanitised and we were handed a ziplock bag with keys and paperwork inline with the government guidelines and felt very safe. Many thanks to Chris and the team, my wife loves her new car
