This a under visited mining heritage location where you can get up close to beautiful old mine buildings with information boards telling you their history. A small free car park is located next to it.

Absolutely beautiful! Love how the information boards are set out giving a recommended route around the site. Great for walking my dog and letting him off lead. Very atmospheric and beautifully maintained (I remember the scaffolding being up for a long time whilst they were being maintained). Particularly lovely at the moment due to the lovely purple Heather. Fantastic distant sea views.
Great place that I never knew existed until fairly recently. Engine houses are well maintained and signs are packed full of interesting information. A few off road parking spots available. Highly recommend to anyone that’s into Cornish mining history. Great views and free!
Great paths, and platforms for access and excellent display boards explaining what all the remains were used for. Shame people thing it's acceptable to leave so much litter and dog mess
Pumping, whim, and stamps engine houses all together, with excellent interpretation panels. Also steel steps to ensure easy access to the interiors of the buildings, a securely capped shaft, and various other buildings that formerly housed ore preparation equipment.
