That review allegedly from Charles's son is fake. That \carl\ person is my brother and he is like 28 years old, not a little kid. Charles IS rude and disrespectful as most of these reviews accurately described. and this is coming from his actual daughter, if you want to call him a father. I've asked him repeatedly to help with my home as I have a newborn daughter (his grandchild) and don't want flying bugs bothering her. He gave me a water bottle with dead bugs in it and said \use this\. Um Wtf. Call Terminex. He needs to hang it up already.

Charles (the owner is Awesome) he's been the only person to ever do pest control at my house since I bought the house 4 years ago. He's very helpful and not pushy like other pest control people who require a contract. One time he even told me to acquire his services through groupon instead of his website because \it was less expensive on Groupon\. I like \What's Bugging You\ and if you aren't convinced then look up YELP and see his 4 STARS.
