Eeehhh. There’s something off about the taste of the burgers. They are overpriced and underwhelming. The burgers don’t have any taste. The fries are good The onion rings also good. Overall, save your money I don’t get why people enjoy this establishment

For the 3rd time in a row, my order was WAY OFF. I should've thought to check my bags after they tried to hand me a second set of drinks. How hard is it to look at a screen and make what's on the screen and put it in bags? (Answer: It's not hard at all. I've done it) My triple burger ended up being a patty melt, which was what my wife ordered, so I got 2 patty melts and no triple. The beef was old as dirt and looked to be overcooked. No straws in the bag. Spicy chicken was normal chicken that was dryer than sand, and if there was any sauce on it I couldn't see or taste it. Drinks were put in a bag that was covered in sticky soda. I don't know if it's under new (bad) management or if the crew is just full of slow people. but this location has gone downhill fast.
I ordered 7 meals through the online website. I did not receive what I ordered, which I dealt with. However, I got to my Bacon avocado burger and it was awful! My burger was folded in half on the Texas toast and all the condiments were on the bottom. The worst part was when I got to the middle the burger was still raw. In total I was shorted 2 orders of onion rings and a chocolate shake. I have lived by this location for 3 years and have never been this disappointed. I will not return.
Great food but I thought you guys were open 24/7? It's 4:50am and the doors are locked :/
Whataburger has great burgers and decent fries. I had to wait till later to eat and by then most of my food was cold, no fault of Whataburger's but I'd say make sure you eat while it's hot because it just wasn't the same cold. It wasn't good, it wasn't horrible, but if I could do it over I'd sit in the parking lot and eat my food while it was hot.
