Every time I order from here, there's something wrong with my food. From adding the wrong veggies to giving a completely different meal as well lol. Asked for a breakfast biscuit and gave me a burger. like what???

Ordered for pick up. Payed in the dine in , waited for about 40 minutes before someone brought my order. They said they had changed the fries since the order sat there for a while. I checked the burgers and they were soft and wet. I asked for new burgers my family was not eating soggy burgers or fries, finally got my order after spending an hour in the dine in. I rent waterslide and moonjump had an order of a moonjump and got there late and I lost money for waiting for my order. Honestly Whataburger needs to improve in customer service just like you guys i have a job to do. Called in so it could be ready but an hour in the dine in is not good. Not even dine in restaurants take that long to get your order.
Whataburger is a great place to go in and order a custom burger, just the way you like it! I like to order the #5 (bacon cheeseburger) no onion, mayo instead of mustard, easy veggies, with grilled jalapeños and toasted buns! plus, a cup of gravy for my fries! I do want to point out that I felt degraded by an employee (Esmeralda) when she asked me to keep silent so she can listen to my partner take My order.. I am the one making the order, and paying as well! I asked for the manager, which she ignored my request and she didn't make eye contact after that! I left my food untouched, and felt like calling higher management (haven't)(yet) Point is, I can't give this a lower rating based off one employee. Just keep an eye out!
Good food. Sometimes will miss a few items, but they do have great customer service.
Even through these tuff times they still make a good burger
