All good except of course the restricted hours for we lane swimmers. However I do accept the fact that the Club needs to run a lean ship for a while. Hopefully the hours will extend by Springtime.

Great to see wharenui pool back up and running. Reduced hours but great to get a swim in. They have turned up the pool temperature too!

Nice place. Well maintained. Compared to the other pools this is small. Mainly kids from school comes here for learning swimming lessons. Good staff and teachers.

Warm welcome from the admission staff, flattered that she didn't automatically offer me a seniors pass . Poolside staff friendly, and very helpful, even introduced me to the lady whose lane I shared. This is not a fancy pool, but it is clean, the water is not at all cloriney, I swam for 35 mins, no goggles, no red eyes. Personally I found the water temperature perfect. The changing facilities are basic, but the showers are hot. I'll be going again.
