We could not be more appreciative to Lee and his team. Such empathy was continuously shown at a very distressing time. The respect towards us and my nan (who passed away) was heartfelt right up until the very last minute. It was soo beautiful to see. We were continuously supported and communicated every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and we were encouraged to ring whenever we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. My nan was laid out beautifully when we said goodbye and for that last memory we will forever be grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

wonderful service. very well looked after and amazing workers. they treat your very well and show you a lot of sympathy. they go out of there way and use there own time to make sure everything is wonderful and perfect for everyone.
WH Putnam Funeral Directors were so caring and understanding which helped to put me at ease.I would especially like to give Lee (at Edgware) a mention as he was so helpful with all of the arrangements for my dear mum's funeral.He was there to answer any questions every step of the way,which helped a lot during such a difficult time.I would highly recommend them,with no hesitation.

From the moment we stepped through the door we were shown such kindness, given great support and care from all the staff at W H Putnam. Planning a funeral seemed so overwhelming but they guided us through each stage and made our experience a positive one.
