Having had little active support from previous estate agents, I put the property in the hands of Wilson Tominey. The impact was immediate and resulted in sale (something not achieved by previous agents). In addition they turned out to be the only source of honest updates during this whole process, something I wasn't getting from my solicitor (from whom I eventually received a refund).
