Fantastic one on one lesson! Instructor was lovely, and encouraging. Strongly recommend going for lessons. They also do hiring of SUP boards.

Had a great day paddle boarding here. Really friendly helpful staff, parking, loos and changing rooms available, lovely calm shallow water, perfect conditions.

Waited around in the office for 40 minutes and no-one was there. No answer on the phone after trying multiple times. Waste of a nice sunny morning and had paid for parking!

Disappointing, lack of instruction or guidance, quite rude. We hired SUPs which we have used once before but not at this location. We were not asked if we knew how to use them. We were told to go to the right of the beach but not told why or told that there is a strong pull towards the inlet or to be beware. It was told like a laid back approach rather than this is where you should be. My 10 year old struggled with the Sup and being pulled out as did a number of others people at the time, but the young staff member just got cross and said ' i wish people would listen'. I think it would be useful to say' do not go over there because...' avoid this because so and so will happen' The young man was very unfriendly, he seems unhappy in his work and generally unhelpful. There were two young children that were swept out on their inflatables so myself and my husband went to them to escort them back in. The young man came out to watch and stared crossly at us like he didn't want us to help the children because we were out of the area. I would suggest if so many people didn't know here to use the equipment or were being swept away from he area the suggestion would be to be more informative. Would never use them again. In an area where there are many competitors it would be advisable to be nice to your customers.
