Having been fans of Caribbean food for years, we decided to give Tropical Turtle a go. It did not disappoint. The goat curry was amazing. The jerk pork, the dumplings, plaintin, even the rice and peas were mouth-wateringly beautiful. Congratulations Tropical Turtle you have landed yourself a repeat customer.

Had an order last night, the quality of food was superb, very tasty. The goat curry was excellent with good quality meat. Need to work on the takeaway ordering and payment process, which is cumbersome, but great work on the food.

Finally an authentic caribbean restaurant in town! Had the jerk chicken and jerk pork, the taste was amazing, very well marinated, especially the pork which was bursting with caribbean flavours! The entire family tried it and loved every bite! Can't wait to go back. The staff were so friendly too.

A difficult review to write,the food was 1.5 hours late so not great.at 27 not the cheapest takeaway for goat,pork,chicken wings,rice and dry as hell dumplings. The goat and pork was nice, expected more on quantity and quality. Would maybe try once more but please try better next time ..... Reply for yourself, I wasn't able to come to pick up hence I orderd takeaway so yes my fault somehow. If you are referencing kfc I don't pay 27 for it either. Kfc was quick to order,clean and as a whole experience for what it is yes they deserved 5 stars,it isn't proclaiming to be unique caribbean food or mitchelin star food.I try supporting local but I try and give honest reviews.seeing as you are so salty about the review and struggle with feedback I shall give you an extra star. I appreciate you may have been busy , if you knew the food would have been so late a extra few pieces of chicken would have gone done well and a drink maybe. How about I order from you again,give you an extra go and I will update the review, do you accept the challenge ......
