Man turned up to mother in laws didnt wear a mask in her flat, he was there 10 mins, no parts replaced, charged her 54 for 10 mins work which equates to over 300 per hour what a lovely way to treat a pensioner. Bloody awful service
Absolutely first class, thank you so much for sorting out my Mum's TV remote this week! She has been a loyal customer of yours for as long as I can remember! Nothing seems to be too much trouble for you and in these weird times we find ourselves in you have been a lifeline for her, she is 88 this year but still very with it!
