My enquiry was a basic one but this was handled courteously and efficiently by the receptionist.

I really didn’t want to have to write a bad review but: I simply went there to drop a set of keys off on someone’s behalf, and the gentleman in there was very blunt and rude. I’m not sure if it was because I was wearing a face mask (COVID), but I was extremely confused as to why he was being rude. On the other hand, the lady who came out (I’m afraid I can’t remember the name) - was more informative and helpful.
Been dealing with the great people onsite for the last few days. Wonderful people and more than happy to help.
Dealing with Martin&co over the past few days they are wonderful people to be around and more than happy to help.
This office is never open when advertised, several times I have attempted to go in and talk to the Manager as the \Senior Administrator\ keeps fobbing me off and not replying to all my emails. Poor communication, unprofessional staff and unreliable opening hours!!
