Simply the best He is better than all the rest. Matthew Hastings (my account manager) has always been there when you need him the most. Always one click away if you have a problem or just want to get an idea of the markets to come. Prices are always at the best they can possibly be and he will always look out for his accounts and people around him alike. Having used wex esso card for the past year ,I can honestly say it has been the easiest transaction I've made whilst using fuel cards. There team are very prompt in dealing with any questions that you may have .and always resolve any issues that may arise, Granted there hasn't been many!. in particular Luke wardle who I might add is always polite well mannered and very knowledgeable. I cant heap enough praise on luke hes a true Credit to there company and very easy to communicate with . Keep doing what your doing luke a true gent
Since Lisa Ann - Brown has assumed the managerial role for our account with WEX the customer service has improved dramatically. Each week there has been regular customer contact to discuss, in depth, our usage, pricing and customer satisfaction throughout. Lisa is massive credit to the team and would I recommend her for any other customers.
Mat Hastings is my accounts manager and he is fantastic. I get a call once a week from Mat with all latest pump prices and any new services he thinks may benefit my company. I would highly recommend Mat to anyone looking to set up a fuel account with them.
